Within months of joining BVK, I had the immense honor of coordinating a team of volunteers and community members, coming together in support of many local families and Sojourner Family Peace Center.

The result is a movement dedicated to spreading awareness about domestic violence and providing each survivor with the support she needs #untilshecan find her strength.

Each quote used in this campaign is 100% real, pulled directly from the stories survivors shared as they opened up to us on and off camera. They spoke of everything from mental, physical and financial abuse to finding out their children had been molested by their partners.

These stories are hard to read. Hard to hear. And hopefully, hard to ignore.
